• The broken bag(s) will not be replaced. 

• No returns or refunds.

• No checks. No Credit Cards.

• 1 ton minimum – No “by the bag” sales.

• We will only load truck with a full 1 ton skid of pellets with a forklift. 

  • If you want to unstack the bags to load in them in the bed of your truck, that is fine.  We will set the 1 ton skid down next to your truck, but we will NOT provide labor to help you unstack them and load the bags into your truck.

Every year, sales of these pellets will only be

available to the public ONLY on the following days:

• June - Juneteenth - Weekday Observed

• July - Second Wednesday of July

• August - Second Wednesday of August

• September - Second Wednesday of September

• October - Columbus Day - Weekday Observed

• November - Veterans Day - Weekday Observed

• December - Second Wednesday of December

• January MLK Day - Weekday Observed

• February - Presidents’ Day - Weekday Observed
